Please note:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are negotiable and subject to availability, number of guests, length of stay and season.

Cancellations:
60 days prior to arrival - 50% of the deposit will be refundable.
30 days or less - non refundable deposit
Peak Season Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
